What�s new in the world of ultimate? Don�t say you didn�t hear it here first: there�s a new superpower in University Ultimate, and it�s the Sussex Mohawks, who in recent months have taken second at University Mixed Indoor Nationals, finished top 16 at University Women�s Indoor Nationals and dominated the South-East region at the Open outdoor qualifiers in Chichester in late February. The Open first team conceded a ridiculously tiny number of points (3) on their way to 15-4 destruction of Portsmouth�s Sublime in the final. Next up: the three outdoor national tournaments, with the boys opening our bid to �quadruple up� at Open Outdoor Nationals in Sheffield in just under two weeks time (19th-20th March).(Published Tue 8th March 11:37)
