Lots of the strongest yet cheapest hairspray you can find. When I had one the best place I found for it was Boots.

Everyone doubted the PVA glue idea.. but it really is the best way.

get good quality really super strong hairspray. It is considerably better for your hair and skin(which is more important). It will definitely get on your skin.

nah pva.. water soluble... no hair damage... designed for kids to get there hands covered in it...


although the best by far is a mixture of the two
